At On The Limit, your safety and wellbeing always come first. We want every member – from beginners to the experienced, from young people to older adults – to feel welcome, respected and safe.

We have zero tolerance for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or abuse of any kind.

All our staff and coaches are trained to keep members safe, and we follow strict safeguarding procedures.

Staff and coaches who listen and take concerns seriously.

Clear boundaries and respectful behaviour at all times.

Safeguarding checks (including DBS where required) for staff who work with young people.
