If you have NOT set up an online profile before please click the JOIN tab above and enter the email which you used when you set up your membership with us. If you cannot remember which email you used please contact us to confirm or amend the email we hold for you, otherwise as a duplicate account will be created which won’t match your membership record.
If you HAVE had a profile before then click the BOOK tab above.
If the class or gym session is fully booked you will be given the option to go on a ‘Waiting List’.
Anyone wishing to train on a PAYG basis must download the app and join accordingly in order to access. You are required to pay for your credit before arrival and then use your App to scan in & out. If you intend to come more regularly or want a more cost effective solution, it may be better for you to take out a fixed term (minimum 1 month) or rolling monthly membership rather than a PAYG session credit.
We want you to be able to test out a couple of classes (even though we’re sure you’ll be hooked after one go). New members will be able to take advantage of a free pass, just message us for details.
Please arrive to your session 5 minutes early to allow for parking. To respect other members and the overall experience of our sessions and classes, we have a strict late policy. No entry once the session has begun.
Please ensure you scan in AND out as you pass through reception. This registers your attendance in the building and checks you into the class if booked. As you leave it will register that you have left the building. If you are attending 2 classes back to back then please return to reception between classes to register your 2nd class.
By scanning in, it allows us to comply with Fire Regulations, monitor class/gym usage, informs our ‘busy times’ on the app, and also facilitates us to monitor no-shows. 2 failed attendances will generate an automatic block on the system and will inhibit booking for 1 week.
When a space becomes available in a junior gym floor session or class, those on the waiting list will be simultaneously contacted via SMS. On a ‘First Come – First Served’ basis, the member responding and activating the notification FIRST will take the available space. If you respond after the place has been claimed, you will have the option to remain on the waiting list.
We require a minimum of 2 hours cancellation notice for all booked sessions. If a session/class is not cancelled prior to this, twice in a 14 day period, members will lose booking rights for the period of 1 week. We monitor no-shows on a weekly basis.
We reserve the right to cancel a class/session with less than 3 members attending. We may, at times need to cancel or change a class time or instructor due to instructor sickness or holiday. We will provide as much notice as possible to the members booked.
Alongside our in-person fitness classes, we currently stream classes via the Zoom platform. These are bookable in advance via the app.
Please ensure you have added our email info@onthelimit.co.uk to your safe senders list. Due to the nature of our software system many firewalls detect us as spam meaning you will be missing out on the latest information.
We tend to send our communications out via Push notifications through the app. Please ensure these are enabled.

To reduce the risk of transmission of viruses/bacteria into the gym, it is mandatory that all footwear worn within the gym is clean and has not been worn outside.
This includes walking from the carpark into the gym. We now expect all members to change into their clean indoor trainers in reception.
Failure to bring and change into clean indoor only trainers will result in access being denied and your session needing to be re-scheduled.
On The Limit has 14 allocated parking spaces run up from the building on the right hand side, which are clearly marked. Parking is provided on a 1st come 1st served basis. Should you arrive & there are no spaces available please find a parking space on the surrounding roads. On The Limit will not be held liable for any charges incurred from parking in a Royal Mail space.
All On The Limit lockers require a padlock. We advise that a combination lock is used as this means not having to carry a small key around while using the gym.
Lockers with Padlocks left on overnight will be opened and belongings removed.
It is necessary for all members & guests to wear attire that is suitable for exercise at all times. Additionally, to make sure that all our members & guests feel comfortable at all times and to keep a certain level of decorum, both male & female members & guests are encouraged to wear short-sleeved or sleeveless tops. It is understandable that there may be a desire to assess training techniques, however if vests, although discouraged, are worn, we request that they do not expose extensive amounts of flesh. If staff feel that this is not being adhered to, members will be asked to cover up or cease training session immediately.
If any member or guest causes nuisance or annoyance to other members, guests or staff, misuse the Club facilities, breach any etiquette guidelines or generally behave inappropriately, the Club reserves the right to refuse admission or suspend or terminate membership. In particular, abusive language, threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated on any level. Photography & videography (including that on a smart phone) that includes any other members or staff (intentionally or not) is strictly prohibited in all areas of the club except with express permission of all participants. Damage to Club property or equipment due to ill treatment will need to be paid for.
A membership can be frozen for periods of time if you are unable to use On The Limit. The minimum term we can freeze for is 1 month. On The Limit will freeze free of charge if a member is sick or injured (medical proof will be asked for).

Your On The Limit memberships can be cancelled by giving one full calendar months’ notice, in writing, by email to info@onthelimit.co.uk.
