FAQ's
We have proud to say we are Covid Secure! We have worked extremely hard to ensure we have implemented ALL the government recommendations to ensure our members and staff stay as safe as possible. Please see our Operating Procedures and Member Health pledge to ensure you are up to date with how we operate in this new-Covid world.
Members can book gym session and classes via the ClubRight app up to 7 days in advance. If you find yourself with a spare hour, last minutes slots are almost always available, just check on the app and book!
If you have NOT set up an online ClubRight profile before please click the JOIN tab above and enter the email which you used when you set up your membership with us. If you cannot remember which email you used please contact us to confirm or amend the email we hold for you, otherwise as a duplicate account will be created which won’t match your membership record.
If you HAVE had a ClubRight profile before then click the BOOK tab above.
To comply with the ‘track and trace’ requirements and so we can keep within our capacity, we are no longer offering drop-in or ‘pay as you go’ (PAYG) sessions. If you previously used the gym on a PAYG basis and wish to use the facility, then we ask that you use the ‘JOIN’ button on the website to set up your ClubRight profile and purchase a minimum 1 month fixed term membership or PAYG bundle.
If the class or gym session is fully booked you will be given the option to go on a ‘Waiting List’.
Using a Computer or tablet on the first occasion, you can register your online Clubright account using your club’s login page.

Step 3: Verify your email address immediately.
Step 4: Go back into your account, via computer or tablet. Go to Profile, fill in all our details and upload a PHOTO.

Alongside our in-person fitness classes, we currently stream all our classes via the Zoom platform. These are bookable in advance via the app.
Please ensure you have added our email info@onthelimit.co.uk to your safe senders list. Due to the nature of our software system many firewalls detect us as spam meaning you will be missing out on the latest information.
We want you to be able to test out a couple of classes (even though we’re sure you’ll be hooked after one go). New members will be able to take advantage of a free pass, just message us for details.
We are currently offering PAYG bundles of 5 & 10 for both adults, students and juniors.
Anyone wishing to train on a PAYG basis will have to set up an online ClubRight profile in order to book online. If you intend to come more regularly or want a more cost effective solution, it may be better for you to take out a fixed term (minimum 1 month) or monthly membership rather than a PAYG bundle.
All On The Limit’s Personal Trainers are the very best in the business and guarantee results. If you have problems achieving your exercise goals then Personal Training is definitely the recommended solution.
We offer 1-2-1 PT and Small Group Personal Training Programmes known as SlimFit, and age and gender specific sessions for the over 60’s. You do not need to be a member to take advantage of these sessions.
If you have questions on how Personal Training can benefit you, please feel free to speak to any PT directly or alternatively we can discuss your options and put you in touch.
We are open 7 days a week. Monday to Friday 06:00 – 20:00, Saturdays 08:00 – 16:00, Sundays 08:00 – 12:00.
To ensure social distance and safety is maintained, all gym training sessions will need to be booked in advance. This is so we can limit members within the facility and sessions can be booked easily via the ClubRight app.
Times are subject to change over Bank Holidays and the Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays.
Membership cards are no longer distributed, instead entry QR barcodes are generated for all members via the ClubRight app available on your phone and are needed to register class attendance at the Club and to gain entry to the Club via an entry scan point.
We require a minimum of 2 hours cancellation notice for all booked sessions. If a session/class is not cancelled prior to this, twice in a 14 day period, members will lose booking rights for the period of 1 week. We monitor no-shows on a weekly basis.
We reserve the right to cancel a class/session with less than 3 members attending. We may, at times need to cancel or change a class time or instructor due to instructor sickness or holiday. We will provide as much notice as possible to the members booked.
Please arrive to your session 5 minutes early to allow for parking. To respect other members and the overall experience of our sessions and classes, we have a strict late policy. No entry once the session has begun.
To reduce the risk of transmission of viruses/bacteria into the gym, it is mandatory that all footwear worn within the gym is clean and has not been worn outside.
This includes walking from the carpark into the gym. We now expect all members to change into their clean indoor trainers in reception.
Failure to bring and change into clean indoor only trainers will result in access being denied and your session needing to be re-scheduled.
On The Limit has 14 allocated parking spaces run up from the building on the right hand side, which are clearly marked. Parking is provided on a 1st come 1st served basis. Should you arrive & there are no spaces available please find a parking space on the surrounding roads. On The Limit will not be held liable for any charges incurred from parking in a Royal Mail space.
All On The Limit lockers require a padlock. We advise that a combination lock is used as this means not having to carry a small key around while using the gym.
You can either supply your own padlock or alternatively purchase one from reception.
Lockers with Padlocks left on overnight will be opened and belongings removed.
When a space becomes available in a gym floor session or class, those on the waiting list will be simultaneously contacted via SMS. On a ‘First Come – First Served’ basis, the member responding and activating the notification FIRST will take the available space. If you respond after the place has been claimed, you will have the option to remain on the waiting list.
It is necessary for all members & guests to wear attire that is suitable for exercise at all times. Additionally, to make sure that all our members & guests feel comfortable at all times and to keep a certain level of decorum, both male & female members & guests are encouraged to wear short-sleeved or sleeveless tops. It is understandable that there may be a desire to assess training techniques, however if vests, although discouraged, are worn, we request that they do not expose extensive amounts of flesh. If staff feel that this is not being adhered to, members will be asked to cover up or cease training session immediately.
If any member or guest causes nuisance or annoyance to other members, guests or staff, misuse the Club facilities, breach any etiquette guidelines or generally behave inappropriately, the Club reserves the right to refuse admission or suspend or terminate membership. In particular, abusive language, threatening or violent behaviour will not be tolerated on any level. Photography & videography (including that on a smart phone) that includes any other members or staff (intentionally or not) is strictly prohibited in all areas of the club except with express permission of all participants. Damage to Club property or equipment due to ill treatment will need to be paid for.
A membership can be frozen for periods of time if you are unable to use On The Limit. The minimum term we can freeze for is 1 month. On The Limit will freeze free of charge if a member is sick or injured (medical proof will be asked for).
