Are you looking to take your training to the next level?

Do you want to train with purpose, be part of a strong community and have fun?

Well then HYROX is for you!

HYROX is a training concept for every body, no matter your fitness level, age or experience culminating in a unique indoor fitness race.

Combining functional fitness training and running, our fully accredited Hyrox trainers will coach you in Hyrox specific small groups to improve your fitness so that you and your fellow team-mates are prepared to compete in your first HYROX Fitness Race!

If you aren’t quite ready to compete or you just want to do it for fun, that’s absolutely fine too. Our aim is to help you improve your functional fitness with a group of like-minded individuals with the opportunity and goal to compete if you want!

Participants from all around the world compete in the exact same format.

It starts with a 1km run, followed by 1 functional fitness workout, repeating 8 times. 

The workouts : Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls. Compete individually, as a pair or in a relay of 4, it’s up to you! 

To get race ready it is recommended that you attend two HYROX specific small group sessions per week, along with an additional strength training session of your own volition. 

Sign up to any of our Adult memberships and you’ll have the ability to book our HYROX group PT sessions and have unlimited access to our gym and classes too so that you can utilise our facilities to push your training as much as you desire.
