What is Slim-Fit
SlimFit 2021 is a hybrid group fitness & training system that uses a combination of strength training, functional fitness, mobility and cardio.
SlimFit 2021 delivers the most intense calorie-burning group sessions whilst simultaneously increases strength levels and lean mass. This is Life-Changing Group Training!
Utilising a concept that bridges all training styles into one, using trainers to properly instruct on user form, whilst pushing each individual to reach their highest potential. The powerful positive group environment combines team spirit and competitiveness to encourage attendance, improves healthier minds, healthier bodies and ultimately creates long-lasting results. These workouts will simply change the way you think about fitness.
SlimFit 2021 utilises a unique training environment that adopts all 3 aspects of fitness to achieve where all others fail!
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU...
This program offers 3 Group Personal Training Sessions by our experienced Personal Trainer per week for 10 weeks.
In addition, you will have access to all of OTL’s timetabled classes and full gym facilities within these 10 weeks so that you may push yourself as far as you wish.
We will provide access to our professional nutritional programme with a full-library of recipes and meal plans (no fad diets that are unsustainable long term)
Access to a closed WhatsApp group to have 24/7 support from both your PT & your group to keep you motivated, supported and on track!
