Whatever your goal personal training allows you to work with an experienced dedicated trainer to ensure your session is 100% effective to allow you to achieve that goal in the shortest time. Our qualified PT’s are committed to bringing their expert knowledge & skills to each session, working directly alongside you with friendly motivation.

Our Push The Limit small group PT sessions are designed as a follow on from our SlimFit sessions. Aimed at those who already have a good level of fitness you will join like-minded individuals.

With a small group, you get the same level of attention but with a fun and inspiring group dynamic. It’s feeding off other like-minded members that spurs you on and on.

Fitness After 60

Age alone is never a barrier to fitness and in this current climate over 60’s fitness is more important than ever, which is why we introduced targeted Over 60’s Men & Over 60’s Women’s group training sessions. 

It’s been proven that the fitter you are both cardiovascularly and in muscle strength, the better prepared you will be to fight a Covid-19 infection. It’s always possible to achieve the best body you’ve ever had and build a more robust state of health, even after you’re 60.
