On The Limit Juniors

Membership Options

We offer two types of memberships depending on your age and status. 

Our Junior memberships are available for anyone over the age of 13 up until the end of School Year 13. 

Our Student memberships are available for any Full-Time university students who can prove their eligibility by either a Unidays or Totum (NUS) card. We will ask you to reconfirm your eligibility every September.

Session Times

Junior Members can access the gym between 6 & 9am weekdays and 12 noon & 6pm weekdays, Saturdays 8-4pm, Sundays 8-12pm.  Please note the gym is not available to juniors between 9 & 12 noon weekdays. If you are in Year 12 or 13 and need a later session past 6pm, you may purchase a Student Membership.

Student Members can access all available session times.  Monday to Friday 6am until 8pm, Saturdays 8-4pm, Sundays 8-12pm.

Booking Sessions

We work on an appointment booking system. To ensure sessions do not become overcrowded, all sessions must be booked prior to the session start-time via the App.  Sessions start ‘on the hour’. Please do not book consecutive back to back hours or stay over the allotted time of 1 hour as this ensures all our members can access our facility. If you would like to stay past the 1 hour session, please speak to a member of staff on the day who can access availability.

Start The Right Way

We know that the developing bones and body systems are still developing in adolescents and we need to protect and nurture your training. Whether its cardio or weight training it is imperative that you speak to a member of staff prior to your first session to ascertain what you are looking to achieve so we can guide you the best way to achieve it. Our experienced team can then book you in for a free induction and/or programme so that we can show you how to use our equipment, teach you how to achieve your goals, guide you on the best equipment to utilise and most importantly the best technique to avoid any potential injury.

How to Join

The easiest way to do this is to download the On The Limit App on your smartphone. Once you have done this, please upload a clear selfie and ensure your contact details and emergency contact details are up to date.  

Send us a message with your proof of age/eligibility and we’ll send you the promo code to access your preferential rate.Click on the ‘Start a New Membership’ tile on our app, scroll down to below the adult prices and enter your code and your prices will be available to you.
