EXERCISE CLASSES

At On The Limit we currently run over 110 studio classes per month, ranging from Pilates to PUMP, Core Blast to Balance, Stretch, Sculpt, Tone and Ride and everything in between all within our large fully mirrored and air conditioned fitness studio.

With a range of experienced instructors who specialise in their own disciplines, you’ll never get bored. 

Our timetable is renewed regularly to ensure that we are providing you the best offer available and keep you engaged and motivated and ensuring you are able to access a full holistic complement of training styles for a rounded training programme. 

Whether you have never stepped foot in an exercise class before, or are regular class attendees, our instructors will welcome you and individualise their class accordingly to your fitness level, so you’ll leave feeling energised and empowered to reach your fitness goals.

EXAMPLE CLASSES

Balance/Core

A mixture Yoga & Pilates principles with a bias on the Core & Abs for extra good measure.

Boxercise

Fun, energetic partner-work using Pads and Gloves, basic boxing moves and kicks.  Great for muscle tone and increasing your cardio fitness, you might just even feel like a superhero at the end of it.

CORE BLAST

Get your abs working in this 30-minute work-out, designed to improvc core strength and tone.

Core. Strength. Flow

A 45-minute class focusing on abs and back, strength and stability, improving posture, spinal strength and flexibility; an excellent core workout!

Circuits

A full body, high energy circuits based class using various weighted equipment & bodyweight exercises. Elevating your heart rate, improving cardiovascular stamina whilst building muscle this class will improve your overall health and help you lose weight.

CircuitPWR

CircuitPWR is a 30-minute, power circuit class metabolic resistance workout, combining body weight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.

It develops power, strength, agility and metabolism.

Dynamic Pilates

Focusing on controlled movements to stretch and strengthen the deep core muscles, improving flexibility and range of motion.  This class concentrates on core stability, building strength in balance whilst using a dynamic flow that will challenge your body and mind. 

Dynamic Stretch & Core

Improves flexibility, mobility, balance, and core strength, this class helps you move better and feel stronger.

Each session blends dynamic stretches with core-focused exercises to boost posture, stability, and performance. Suitable for all fitness levels.

HIIT

Also known as High Intensity Interval Training, this class incorporates short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise. 

Combining traditional body-weight exercises with an aerobic element, it gives you a great cardiovascular and resistance workout.

GRIT Group Training

Accelerate and Maximise your efforts in the gym with group fitness training!

Build strength, improve movement, increase lean mass and ultimately level up your fitness with our signature group fitness experience designed to challenge, empower, and transform you.

HYROX Group Training

A HYROX training session includes strength, endurance, and functional fitness exercises. Combining short running intervals with workout stations like sled pushes, burpees, rowing, and lunges. Sessions focus on high-intensity effort, grip strength, and full-body conditioning to mimic race demands.

Lift & Tone

A weights based class, combining the lifting disciplines of bars and dumbbells.

This low impact but high-energy resistance workout helps you tone & shape the upper and lower body.

PUMP

A fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, this class gives you a total body workout.

This low impact, resistance workout helps you build and tone muscle and improve your cardiovascular health.

RIDE

Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises. An indoor cycling class set to empowering music and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.

Tone & Sculpt

This low impact class utilises continuous movements, hand weights, resistance bands and your own body weight, to give you a full body workout that will help you shape and define your muscles.

Total Body Workout

A full body workout that combines all the best elements of strength training alongside cardio conditioning and core.  Not forgetting a BIG emphasis on fun! Suitable for ALL Fitness Levels and Abilities.

Vinyasa Yoga

Focusing on transitions, movements with poses strung rhythmically together to form one fluid sequence of movement. A form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and movements with the breath to boost physical and mental well-being.

Over 60's Group Training

Gender specific classes for the over 60’s utilising functional movements increasing fitness for everyday life and activities.

Stability Balls

Using big bouncy balls, this low impact class has been one of most popular for years!

Bringing a lot of fun to your workout, this class uses dumbbells for resistance and fitness balls to improve muscle tone and cardiovascular health.
