STUDIO CLASSES
At On The Limit we currently run over 150 group classes per month, ranging from PILATES to PUMP, CORE to STEP, BUILD to RIDE and everything in between all within our large fully mirrored and air conditioned fitness studio and gym floor.
With a range of experienced instructors who specialise in their own disciplines, you’ll never get bored.
Our timetable is renewed regularly to ensure that we are providing you the best offer available and keep you engaged and motivated and ensuring you are able to access a full holistic complement of training styles for a rounded training programme.
Whether you have never stepped foot in an exercise class before, or are a regular class attendee, our instructors will welcome you and individualise their class accordingly to your fitness level, so you’ll leave feeling energised and empowered to reach your fitness goals.

CLASSES
BALANCE

GRIT FOUNDATION GROUP TRAINING
GRIT FOUNDATION is a 6-week beginner-friendly programme designed as the ideal introduction to group training. This structured course focuses on learning key movement patterns, correct technique, and building confidence on the gym floor while gradually improving strength and fitness. Train alongside like-minded beginners in a supportive group environment that boosts motivation, accountability, and connection. With expert coaching and a progressive approach, GRIT FOUNDATION prepares you to confidently transition into our main GRIT training sessions.

SWEAT

BALANCE
A low impact class blending a mixture of Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates principles to improve flexibility, build strength and promote mental well-being. Boxercise
Fun, energetic partner-work using Pads and Gloves, basic boxing moves and kicks. Great for muscle tone and increasing your cardio fitness, you might just even feel like a superhero at the end of it.
Core. Strength. Flow
A 45-minute class focusing on abs and back, strength and stability, improving posture, spinal strength and flexibility; an excellent core workout!
Circuits
A full body, high energy circuits based class using various weighted equipment & bodyweight exercises. Elevating your heart rate, improving cardiovascular stamina whilst building muscle this class will improve your overall health and help you lose weight.
CircuitPWR
CircuitPWR is a 30-minute, power circuit class metabolic resistance workout, combining body weight and weighted compound exercises with little rest to maximise calorie burn and increase the metabolic rate during and after the workout.
It develops power, strength, agility and metabolism.
Dynamic Pilates
