GYM FLOOR

To perform at our best we need many aspects of exercise & the benefits it brings to thrive physiologically.
By providing cardio, resistance, free weight, strength & conditioning equipment on our gym floor, we can offer our members a full breadth of equipment so you can improve cardiovascular health, build strength, lose weight & improve your flexibility.

EQUIPMENT
With over 4000 sq. ft, our gym floor is full of the latest equipment.
We provide a large selection of Cardio (Treadmills, Rowers, X-Trainers, Stepper, Bikes, Ski-Ergs, Assault Bike), Fixed Resistance Machines, Functional Rig, Smith Machine, Lifting Platform, and a Large Mirrored & Floored, Free-Weight Area (2 x Dual Pulley Machines, Bench Press, Squat Rack, Dumbbells, Benches & Numerous Olympic Bars & Plates. You will get a fully rounded training session on every visit to our Gym Floor.
SESSIONS
All gym attendees are required to Scan into AND out of the Gym via the QR code on our App.
This allows us to control how many people are in the building at one time and facilitate all our members to train in the safest environment possible. It also acts as a FIRE safety register in the event of emergency.
There is no need for our Adult members to pre book Gym Floor entry, we ask that our JUNIOR members make a booking (via their Apps) for the hours of 3-5pm Monday – Fridays. However adults are able to see how many attendees are at the gym and click on ‘On My Way’ to reserve their spot in the gym.
SPACE
Your general health and wellbeing are as important to us as your physical fitness.
And giving you ample space in which to train is part of our commitment to maintaining a safe gym environment.
Think of it as your gym within a gym.
CLEANLINESS
To make everyone’s experience as safe and enjoyable as possible, members are required to clean equipment as they go.
We also operate a ‘clean indoor trainers’ policy whereby we require members to attend and change into their gym trainers on entry and exit.
INDUCTIONS AND PROGRAMMES
Whether you are just starting out, want to add another element to your training, need a refresher or feel that your training has plateaued, our friendly & knowledgeable personal trainers & fitness instructors are always on hand to discuss your training techniques and goals.
