To perform at our best we need many aspects of exercise & the benefits it brings to thrive physiologically.

By providing cardio, resistance, free weight, strength & conditioning equipment on our gym floor, we can offer our members a full breadth of equipment so you can improve cardiovascular health, build strength, lose weight & improve your flexibility.

Equipment

With over 4000 sq. ft, our gym floor is full of the latest equipment.

We provide a large selection of cardio, weight and resistance machines, functional rig, smith machine, lifting platform, and large mirrored free-weight area, so you can get a fully rounded training at every session.

Sessions

All gym floor sessions are bookable in advance. This allows us to control how many people are in the building at one time and facilitate all our members to train in the safest environment possible. 

Rather than a free-flow entry, all gym floor sessions start ‘on the hour’ and last for 1 hour. This way you don’t have wait around or queue for equipment and so we make it the most enjoyable experience we can for all.

Space

Your general health and wellbeing are as important to us as your physical fitness. 

And giving you ample space in which to train is part of our commitment to maintaining a safe gym environment. In every one of your training sessions, you’ll have a minimum of 100 sq ft to yourself.

 Think of it as your gym within a gym.

Cleanliness

To make everyone’s experience as safe and enjoyable as possible,  members are required to clean equipment as they go. 

We also operate a ‘clean indoor trainers’ policy whereby we require members to attend and change into their gym trainers on entry and exit.

Inductions & Programs

Whether you are just starting out, want to add another element to your training, need a refresher or feel that your training has plateaued, our friendly & knowledgeable personal trainers & fitness instructors are always on hand to discuss your training techniques and goals. 

We also offer free inductions and programs which are tailored specifically to your individual needs. Send us a message to arrange.

Nutritional Programme

Taking control of what you put in your body, is just as important as your fitness programme. 

Our expert nutritional guide is the perfect addition to your training programme.
